What's the procedure for moving a theorem out of someone else's mathbox?

It was mentioned to me that other users can move a theorem out of your mathbox if they want to use it. When doing this, is there anything special that needs to be done (e.g. alerting the owner), or can I just move the theorem as part of the pull request that contains the proof using it?

Generally just move it (to some suitable place) and update changes-set.txt
