set.mm has 49 contributors

FYI: I've determined that there have been 49 different contributors
to set.mm, based on the work I did to create the Gource visualization.

I've added that information to the description of the Gource visualization,
which means we have a citable source for places like Wikipedia.

First, I ran:
cut -d '|' -f 2 changes-sorted.log | sort | uniq > ,contribs

I then hand-edited to eliminate extra items:
* "Gerard Lang" and "Gérard Lang" count as one person
* "GlaucoSiliprandi" is a misspelling of "Glauco Siliprandi" (I'll submit a patch).
* "O'Cat" should be "Mel L. O'Cat" (I'll patch that too).
* I did not count "Prof. Loof Lirpa" (sorry professor :-) !).

The final count was 49.

Below is the list of those contributors to set.mm ("Contributed by",
"Modified by", and so on) up to this point.
I just realized I should have *listed* this in my previous email,
so I'm fixing that now.

In the process I realized that we have 48 contributors, not 49.
I just realized that "Jeffrey Hankins" and "Jeff Hankins" are duplicates.
"Jeff" is far more common (409 vs. 17), but "Jeffrey" is the recommended
name at the top. So for the moment I'll list both below & wait for
M. Hankins to tell us which name he'd prefer going forward.

If anyone notices other duplicates, please let me know!

I've cleaned up the list by adding accents where they should be,
removing duplicates, removing the "professor" :-), and sorting it alphabetically.
If someone uses a pseudonym (e.g., for privacy), I respect that as always.

The individual "rpenner" (who contributed geoisumr on 3-Nov-2007)
doesn't follow the initial-caps naming convention, but that's the name
in set.mm so I retained it as-is.
