Physical Metamath book: we're waiting for the publishing proofs!

FYI:
Norm and I have submitted the final Metamath book cover and contents to the publisher. We are waiting to receive the publishing proofs to ensure that the final printed book is okay. As Mario has commented to us, verifying proofs is important :-).
If the publishing proofs are okay, we will announce on this mailing list how to get a physical Metamath book. We will also start the process of getting it on Amazon. Amazon will be the more expensive way to get the physical book, but putting it on Amazon will make the book visible to people who might not otherwise see it. I think Amazon is also easier for libraries to work with.
