Redfish UEFI HTTPBoot Support

Hi All,

A while back I pushed up commits to ironic-image[1], BMO[2], and metal3-dev-env[3] to support
Redfish UEFI HTTP Boot[4]. At that time, I had tested the code with sushy-tools (which supports
 httpboot), but hadn't verified it on real baremetal hardware.

My intention was to test this feature on some lab hardware, but unfortunately, I've been unable to 
find suitable equipment to do so. This leaves us in a situation where httpboot is now configured in 
Metal3, but its configuration hasn't been verified.

The question is: what's the next step? I could either leave it in place for others to verify at some 
point or revert the support back out. I'm inclined to leave it as-is, allowing interested parties to

Hi!

I would say leave it place. It looks solid and useful.
If there are mistakes that couldn't be detected without a lab test, then so be it. We can fix that when it is discovered.
