Stepping down from the secretary of this committee

Dear Committee Members & All Flat owners,

I am writing to formally notify you of my decision to withdraw from my position as Secretary of this committee.

This decision comes as a result of conflicts regarding decisions and interests with the present committee members. I believe it is in the best interest of the committee for me to step down at this time.
