Hi,

The project has moved from Bitbucket to Heptapod and some of the links have not been updated yet.

The update site URL to use in Eclipse is https://foss.heptapod.net/mercurial/mercurialeclipse-updatesite/-/raw/branch/default/p2

If you had installed MercurialEclipse in your current Eclipse installation and the installed version is lower than 2.8.0, note that you need to install MercurialEclipse 2.8.0 before you install any later version.
