Broken image paste since the last update

Hi,

Since the last update, when you paste images into an image field, it now always fails with 

file:/C:/Users/andy/AppData/Local/Temp/image_213812381181.jpeg DECODING_ERROR

I've tried this with images copied off websites, images from MS Paint and Images from Snipping - all fail 100% of the time

Still broken in 3.7.1, this time doesn't show an error, just never loads.

Had the same with 5.6.0 but thats fixed, i have no issues with 5.7.1 just tested
