Upgrade not working

Posted this once but cant see it apologies if this a duplicate.

Upgraded to Pro from free this afternoon but while the Android app is showing Pro licence activated, I still have a100mb storage restriction and the version on PC is still showing as free. I have logged a call but no response.  Is there something I haven't done?
