Hi Eric,

You could check out MemGator [1,2, 3] by Sawood Alam. It allows one to set up their own local aggregator that uses the Memento protocol to query multiple web archives. Sawood Alam currently works for the Internet Archive and would be a good person to contact.

The existing Time Travel service appears to be a current victim of funding cuts, shifting priorities, and personnel changes.
