EIS conference - melio presentations next week - Link & details

I would like to inform that there will be an online EIS conference about B. ps in US and that you can join for free.

Julia will be presenting on the Mississippi melioidosis investigation Tuesday April 25^th during session E2 (9-10:45 am EST, presenter 3)

 

Also, a Ted-style talk on Thursday April 27^th  (11:15-12:20p, presenter 1 ) covering lessons learned from her 2 years as an EIS Officer investigation unusual melioidosis outbreaks (aromatherapy spray/racoon/MS investigation).

Thanks Julia. I should definitely be able to make the session on Tuesday but think I may miss the Thursday session as I ironically I will be attending a talk in Oxford by Paul Keim about the use of molecular diagnostics to investigate outbreaks of unusual pathogens!  If I can possibly join yours beforehand then I will do so!

 

I am copying this to Direk for him to send out to the Googlegroup as I am sure that many people would be interested in joining.
