Not converting full video

New install on new computer.  When converting a .ts to .mp4 it only converts the first few minutes and then stops.  Not getting any errors.  Have tried multiple videos.  Also tried with full ffmpeg and without.  Any ideas??

sometime the video container is broken. You have to use re-encode option to fix it

Deleted everything and did fresh install and now it works great.  Thanks!
