Dear all,

I'm having some issues with the function Write_DICOM. I've processed both the Siemens and GE sample data with the runme.m script present in their folder but the QSM has strange ranges: from -1639 to 1422 for Siemens and from -1939 to 1792 for GE. Theoretically the QSM output should be expressed in ppm but the range of my data doesn't look like ppm.

Did anyone encounter the same results?
Thank you in advance for the help.

Sincerely,
Silvia

Hi Silvia,

Write_Dicom function converts QSM values into ppb’s. Hopefully that helps!

Regards,
Alexey

Dear Alexey,
thank you very much for your help! I guess I was misled by the specification in the README script about QSM in ppm. I suggest adding this note about conversion into the description of the Write_DICOM function.

Sincerely,
Silvia
