Frederick Watershed -- Catoctin Mtns on September 2, 2025

Bonnie Ott and I spent 4-hours last Tuesday September 2^nd   at the Frederick Watershed northwest of the city of Frederick.  We visited the dirt road that leads to Salamander Tower along with FBI, Reflection and Island ponds.   See:  FBI Pond on September 2, 2025 | FBI Pond -- The autumn leave… | Flickr and Island Pond on September 2, 2025 | Island Pond, Catoctin Mou… | Flickr .  There were not that many butterflies or odonates on the wing, but we did run into a couple nice caterpillars.
