Potential for moving the date of the GRSF summer count

i’ve been asked by several folks to reconsider the date of June 27 (rain date 28). 

Turns out it is the weekend of the Dragonfly Society of America pretty close to us in NC. (Their date was announced after we set our dates). It’s also the date of another regional butterfly count that has never been announced except among an in crowd. 

Remember that we set the earlier date this year to test whether the metalmark flight was moving earlier in the season, as we suspect. If we move the date it would move back to our “normal” date range of July 11/12, the weekend in between being July 4. 

I am amenable to both sets of dates. Are there folks who would like to move back to July in order to attend DSA (or other counts)?  Show of hands please for June 27 vs July 11 …
