East Grinstead Rail Replacement

Like Harry I also checked out the big West Sussex Rail Replacement on Saturday 20th, and while the Tonbridge-Redhill was covered by United Coaches of West Sussex and a solitary Hams Travel coach, there was much more variety at East Grinstead including Compass Buses YX23OUP on ESCC Route 261 to Forrest Row, while operators on the Rail included Travelmasters, Bayliss, Stagecoach in West Sussex who I've never seen this close to London, and from South East London, Lewis Coaches who brought Levante 686CXV which was new as FJ56PEO, and served about 3 years with Stagecoach in East Kent at Dover as 59202 for National Express runs.

Thanks Mick, and see that FN62CHH did work London Comuter Coach services 789/790 from Tunbridge Wells for original owner Centaur Coaches, so I suppose there's still some relavance to our Area.
