THE PLAN

Hello pals,

As I promised, the attached is the plan that we are going to follow in installing our company. We have the list of all activities that I believe are to be followed and addressed. I also tried to allocate time on the activities but all in all tasks and time are subject to discussion.

The plan that I shared via whatsapp is still on plus the plan of discussing the attached plan.

Discussion of the plan will be guided by the following

• who is to do what
• timing
• addition or removal of activities
• AOB on the plan

When you look at the sheet attached you will note that there are are two plans, the first one being the master plan and the second one being the business plan. If you look at the business plan, you will find that most of the activities on the master plan are covered in the business plan and by that point in mind, we are going to work on the business while observing the master plan.

Great appreciation for the comprehensive document you have prepared. I believe this brings about a very good agenda for the next meeting. I hope the meeting will start on time 06:00 p.m. sharp as there is a lot to discuss.

 

Colleagues: If you have any more info worth sharing it will be of great help.

 

Attached is a list of business sectors from which we can select our target market and prioritize on a few to begin with. This is based on our last meeting of which an update can be provided through the minutes of the meeting.
