Dear The Inkers,

Greetings!

Last friday, we supposed to meet, unfortunately only four people showed up. When we do good, we happen to be 6 or 7. It's discouraging to some. And some have seemed to lose hope and some to lose a taste of participation.

I believe these are challenges people who start business face. They say "Every success has a story", ours has begun.

After we met, we came up with an idea. That in order not to push someone into business or for the sake of friendship, we should ask ourselves who is in and who is out. Hence we came with this idea.

We are now in a critical stage of establishing our company.

Kama mnavyoelewa, juhudi za kuanzisha na kusimamia kampuni zinahitaji ushirikiano wa kila mmoja wetu.

Sasa kwa kipindi cha karibuni kuna baadhi ya wadau wamepunguza ushirikiano kwenye mchakato huu, kiasi kwamba inakuwa ngumu kujua kama mtu bado ana nia ya kuanzisha kampuni au ameshaamua kutokushiriki.

Sasa kwa kuwa bado tunahitajiana kwenye hili jambo. Tumeona ni vyema kuleta mifumo miwili ya umiliki. Shareholder na Stakeholder.

Shareholder ni yule ambaye anahusika moja kwa moja na umiliki wa kampuni kwa maana ya kuwa na shares. Hii itamlazimu muhusika kushiriki moja kwa moja na shughuli za kampuni.

Nyingine ni Stakeholder, ambayo itampa muhusika nafasi ya kupata gawio kwa kazi iliyofanyika kufuatana na makubaliano. Mf. Umeleta tenda na kazi ikafanyika. Basi hapo unapata gawao lako kufuatana na kazi husika.

Tunaomba ieleweke, yote haya ni katika kutafuta njia mbadala wa sisi sote kushiriki katika biashara direct or indirect. Hatuwezi kumlazimisha mtu kuwa sehemu ya kampuni kama yeye binafsi hajaridhia.

Pia katika uongozi wa kampuni kutakuwa na mgawanyiko wa madaraka ili kuonyesha nani anahusika na nini, na akikosea anachukuliwa hatua kama kushushwa cheo nk. Mfano, hatuwezi kuwa wote director wa finance.

Ili kujua nani anataka kuwa sehemu gani, tumeleta mchakato wa kura ambapo mtapatiwa muda si mrefu.

Jitathmini na uone wapi unafaa. Mchakato wa kura utakuwa wa siku mbili tu kwa sababu ni kitu kirahisi na cha muda mfupi. Utapewa option mbili:-
1. Shareholder
2. Stakeholder

Na utampigia kura kila mtu kadri unavyoona anafit katika kundi lipi kulingana na kuwajibika kwake katika kuanzisha this company.

Yeyote atakayepata less than 5 votes as shareholder, atakuwa stakeholder automatically.

Ni matumaini yetu kuwa tumeelewana na tunategemea ushiriki wa kila mmoja.

On my side I am okay with the idea, please propose the mode of voting. I was thinking of everyone of us to be given five posts to vote for shareholders and two for stakeholders. What do you think pals?

We can use the same method we use to select our Friday attendants. Willy can you please help us but it should be user friend to everyone means no registration and password.

And another thing, what if everyone of us score less than 5 votes?. Cause anything can happen.

Hi Daniel,

My idea or my analysis if all of us score less than 5. Then i consider it a forcefull project, because none is able to convince even a half of the members. Hence we should either cancel or sit back and analyse ourself again.

Thanks for the good proposed solution regarding the future of the company.

I think its a great idea, though whatever group someone will be selected will be out of her/his will. I think its better for a person to decide him/her self which group he will want to be and prove himself/herself accordingly by following rules and regulations.

Else if majority agrees with the proposed idea, lets vote then...

I believe this is a great step to the right direction. Yes no doubt that there are queries with the method to be used and maybe we can use both methods; for one to chose for him/herself as well as for voting to take place. I believe we can make a combined report from that. This is just an initiative to apply some sort of fairness in the process. Comments and suggestions are welcomed.

Once again, I agree with the intiative and it will also speed up the process of starting the company. it is about time we move to the next phase, that is setting up the company, getting contacts in place etc.
