Hello,
In order to improve model outputs I wonder if it is possible to add my pseudo-absence points (Which I computed using a minimal buffer distance from presence points)?
If so - how would you recommend doing it?

Thanks in advance,
Noam

Hello Noam,
If you run MaxEnt from R using dismo::maxent(), you can specify the pseudo-absences with parameter 'a'.
Have a nice weekend,

Maxent should *not* be run with pseudoabsence or absence sites.  It is mathematically proper to use only background sites which, by definition,  could fall onto a known or unknown presence site.
