Since the recent conversion to the requirement to dial 707 before local numbers I began having issues with Frontier VoiceMail. After 3 calls and over 3 hours I now have a trouble ticket and some explanations. This may be effecting other 707-629 customers with Frontier VoiceMail.
1. I was unable to pick up my voice messages using the Voicemail Access Number
707-629-1001. I checked the website and this was still identified as the correct number.
Resolution - the new/current number is
844-994-4993. I was able to access my voice mail but oddly had no messages for over a week.
2. I am unable to call my home phone and leave a message.
Frontier created a ticket 1987355 stating “all the devices for the switch your line is programmed are not accessible”.
I’ve reported the need to update the website but don’t have a lot of confidence it will be done until I make a follow up call. I don’t know how many people may be effected but wanted let folks know what’s going on just in case.
