Here I have shared Self-Assessment Quizzes: Electricity. There are 7 quizzes. This Sheet can be distributed to 5 students. Student has to scan the qr code and can attend quiz. After submit he can know 1) score 2) right ans and wrongly answered.

These are google form quiz feature  based.
