yes.  Born to teach. It may be high school. Primary School or puc

have to teach sincerely to students. 10 years teachers crossed PUC lectures.

haaa, already who done PG and working as high school teachers r shown as PGT. as training going for primary school teachers to teach science and maths to 8th. as in vignyana vikasana.

The process and progress in PU board shows that,

 

1. The was not interested to give promotion to high school teachers. They think quality of lecture may gets low. 

on this they made S&R rule that,

1. one should have 55% in PG.

2. they should be 10 years service. bcoz they were reached scale. and there is no financial burden.

3. only 25 % is allotted for promotion, instead of 50-50 %

4. on this calculation only 300 post from all subjects are there.

5. only 8 to 10 people will get promotion in science subject. on my knowledge only 4 for chemistry. 8 for physics and 12 for biology.

6. they trying to done exam. that exam is an eligibility exam not CET.

7. In eligibility exam they may fix some % to score as in TET.

8. on all these basis previously added list are missing.

still teachers were ambitious for promotion.

 

is it needed? ................ opinion are invited.

 

lots of PG holders  in high school are there.

 

It is better to ask one or two increment for them to encourage to teach efficiently in high school. and for others to get PG and knowledge in subject.
