mathjax and fixed headers

Hi all,

How can I prevent formulas rendered by MathJax from showing through a fixed header as I scroll down a page? Here is an example of the issue I'm dealing with:


Notice that regular text behaves as expected (i.e., stays under the header) and only math characters show. 

Any help/idea would be greatly appreciated.

Add

z-index: 101;

to the CSS for the header element.  That should float it above the math.
