Hardness Standard in ASME

Can somebody tell me where can I find in ASME I or ASME 31.1 the minimum and maximum hardness test requirement of P91 material? As our client require this testing though it is not in the contract.. I know very well that, it's mandatory to do HARDNESS for P15E but can any one help me out with the standard reference document..

You will find only the max. According to the bibliography the min has to be 191
