Heat Treatment of 25CRMo4

Dear Sir

Can you provide me with the actual holding time for heat treatment of rod with diameter of 170mm  as the material is 25CrMo4  

i need to apply hardening at 840C but i don't know the appropriate holding time matching with the diameter of 170mm
