Dear All,

Is there any restriction for material welding in position as per above mentioned code.

for one of our client is given comments for position for particular material.

For material S355JR#S355JR welding - Limited to F,H&V position. OH not allowed.

Please any one know in which clause they have mention we can't use  OH is not allowed.

There is no restriction as above for any particular material. Also S355JR is unlisted material as per AWS D1. 1

No restrictions. If we use GMAW with solid wire in Globular &Spray transfer is not allowed in overhead position.
