Hi manganese in A283 material

Hello piers
After the greetings!
We have purchased ASTM A283 Gr-C, all the components are meeting the requirements however manganese is found 1.04% against specified 0.9%.
The use is for tank bottom.
Could someone suggest what could be consequences if we use this material.
