Dear all

My Query is mentioned in below mail,

I have to weld, details as under,

I rolled plate, on top of this shell one ring to be welded, which is Fabricated from plate, 

What type welding position test is required for this fillet joint, as per ASME IX,

Either it is 4G, or 4 F or 3F, 

This joint is not Over Head joint, Electrod will be used at 45 degree, like the welding as horizontal joint, 

Please provide information as code reference,.

What welding position I have to apply in the light of ASME IX

Either 3F, 4F or 4 G, 

It is not 100 percent 4F not 3F, 

I think it is not 4 G

Consider as special position n qualified as per ASME.
