How i can chose filler metal for resistance crorrosion overlay metal 42CrMo (standard GB 3077-88).

Dear Experts,

I have question about overlay for Roller of Cement with repair (Because corrosion). Base metal is 42CrMo - GB 3077-88, Diameter 1800mm   

I want ask you how to chose filler metal? and procedure (i think FCAW will be good). And how to test and check after welding?
