NEED REFERENCE CODE

Dear Experts,

I would like to ask from all of you that i am working one of the project. I would like to confirm that butt welds with full penetration needs 100 percent radiographic test, is there any reference code? 

I have review the ISO 15614 code table 1 is about examination and testing of the test pieces should i consider this code to QIP.

What  is your specification or design requirement ??  You may opt for 100 % , sample , spot or even no RT .. ask your designer .
