ASTM A53 Gr.B TYPE E equivalent in ASTM

Dear All,

Is ASTM A53 Gr.B TYPE E equivalent properties with S275JR (EN 10217-1) ? Could we use it instead of ASTM A53 Gr.B TYPE E?

Pl. prepare comparative statement in detail for both the Materials of interest.

Consult Engineer - Design

Jointly discuss the service application of the component under fabrication for which you are intending to change the MOC and then decide the material selection .

ASTM A 53 is a Pipe material specification
