Welding attachements on pipe body

Dear experts 

iHAVE A SCOOP TO WELD SOME ATTACHEMENT ON PIPELINE X52 

There any standard mention about welding attachement on pipe to follow or there also a special WPS AND PQR TO PREPARE

What kind of support are u welding?

B31. 8 does have some design requirement for welding attachments mostly the long seam fillet. There is some relation between the hoop stress to the SMYS constraints. 

V do support welding with low hydrogen as our spec calls for it. PQR with fillet fracture and macro ( to check the leg length and fusion) as per api 1104
