Pipe Laying process

Hello experts,

In the current project,we are faced with the challenge of laying pipes below a canal.The design is to lay 1600 mm steel pipes which is to be welded inside  a concrete pipe installed via jacking method.Please advice us on how to proceed with laying the pipes in this method.Thanks
