Dear Experts,

I need your feed back urgently.

With reference to above subject PWHT requirements for  A 335 Gr P11 to A 335 P11.
As per ASME B31.3 and for CLG units.

1) First WPS Base metal thickens - 5.0 to 62.00mm

2) Second WPS Base metal thickens - 1.5mm to 12.00mm


As per B31.3 - PWHT require as per Table - 331.1.1 for P4.

And as per CLG - PWHT Require  - (704-760C), 1 hour per inch (25 mm) of thickness, 2 hours minimum.
My client give a comments as below.

1)  Extra cycles for repairs acc. to project spec.in PQR.
2) Soaking time must include possible repairs. In addition to the extra requirement. (2 more cycles).
3) Soaking time according to quoted specification (2h) and anticipating 2 repair cycle. So 6h. Coupons for minimum and maximum temperature (simulated test).

I couldn't understanding the above comments. 

Can you please explain me in detail for PWHT  requirements, Time calculation, how i can calculate Hour's. 
And how i can mentioned in both WPS.

Ref 2018 edition, temperature range is changed. Your client is okay
