Hydro Test Pressure difference_ Piping Spool's

Dear All,

We have conducted a hydro test of Piping Spools (14'' Pipe x 12 Mtr Long),we have  faced Gauge pressure difference at Higher and lower end.

Test Pressure Required : 283 PSIG

Lower End  : 290 PSIG

Higher End : 283 PSIG

Kindly provide what is acceptable pressure difference between lower and higher end.

Hi,
Test is acceptable as the highest point is witnessed for the required pressure, however please cross check once again for the difference in the highest level to the lowest level  and the difference in pressure in terms of Mtr of H2O
