Question about preheat / interpass temp minimum and Maximum

Dear Experts ,

Greetings,

in PQR preheat temp is 30 degree centigrade and interpass temp is 100 degreecentigrade .

what temp minimum and maximum we can mentioned in WPS .

as per sec IX decrease  greater than 55  Degree centigrade is an essential variable what does it mean ?

increase Greater than 55 is an supplementary essential variable .what temp could be in wps ?
