NDT Requirements (Applicable CODE B31.3 )

Good Day,

Is it required as per B31.3 to do the RT for the fillet socket weld joints ?

we have done Penetrant Testing , is it enough ?

as per b31.3 is it hard to do it so we should do MT OR DPT percent depend on project specificarion and depend on class service 5% or 15%
