Dear Mr. Gopal,
In your case, Base material qualification refer QW423.1 , so qualified material range will be P1 to IS2062 E350C .
For thickness range you have to see the maximum thickness range that will be applicable in your job, and considering the same you have to plan for the minimum weld deposit in your sample which results your welder be applicable for Production welding according to QW-452.1(b)
