Acceptance criteria for HIC test

Dear Experts

For pressure vessel as per asme sec 8 div 1

Client specification is asking for HIC test on PQR as per NACE TM 0284 using test solution A.

How ever acceptance criteria not specified

Kindly advice which acceptance criteria is apicable in this case

After the test, the test specimens are cut into sections and examined under a microscope for Hydrogen Induced cracks.

The acceptance criteria is there shall.not be a cracks.

If any cracks are found, crack length ratio, crack thickness ratio and crack sensitivity ratio will.be calculated as per NACE TM0284.
