Dear Experts,

Can anyone suggest welding consumables for welding of SA 537 CL 2 ?

And precautions during welding.

Hi!
However what are the requirement?
Like
Impact test temp.Thk of weld n plate.Process being used . PWHT tem n time  consumables used
On this basis you can decide parameters and  precautions to be followed

Thanks for your reply, the details are mentioned below for your reference.

Impact required at MDMT -45
Service is Wet sour
There are different thicknesses from 20mm to 70mm.
PWHT Expected at 635 +/- 10 Deg.
PWHT Soaking Time max. 10 hours and Min. 1 hour.

Dears ,

1 - u can use 9018-D1 will give (20J @ -50C) CVN .. also after PWHT hardness will be around 200HV10 
2 - u can use 8018-C1 will give (20J @ -60C) CVN ... but Ni is not recommended in wet sour service 
so , you can go to 1st choice Mn-Mo elecreod
