Welded pipe for U-Stamp Job

Dear All,

Pl clarify the below requirement.

If welded pipe required in U-stamp job, is the pipe manufacturer should have U-stamp certification?. Such material must be furnished with a Code Partial

Data Report for Welded Construction (Form U-2 or U-2A)?

I do not think that a factory pipe, which must have the manufacturer's name, heat, specification, diameter and schedule, have to bring a Partial Data Report, I have never seen such a thing, but ask your assigned Authorized Inspector .
