Issues with Tacking

Dear Experts,

Please find the attached pictures if there are alternate options for Fit up as tacking has been done directly on the Flange.

Please advise.

1. you can bolted U or C clamp suit to fitup

2. or shop weld, flang can keep bottom na pipe freely fitup, to keep gap kept filler wire. and weld..
