AWS D1.1 WPS qualification range for base material

I have to qualify a PQR in following conditions

Construction Code AWS D1.1

Material API 5L Gr B

Welding position 6GR

Base material

Diameter 6"

Thickness on none bevel end = 14.27 mm

Thickness on bevel end = 7.11 mm

Query

1.  What should be the thickness Range for WPS without CVN testing ?

2.  What should be the thickness Range for WPS with CVN testing ?

Looking forward for support with Clause reference if possible.

1. Thickness Range for WPS without CVN testing: 3 mm to 14.22 mm

2. Thickness Range for WPS with CVN testing: 7.11 mm to 14.22 mm (Refer to Table 4.6 ( 2)).

Refer to Table 9.10.
