Regarding Heat treatment and post heating.

Dear Experts,

We have straighten the pipe material SA234 WP9, PNo. P5B, for qualification of procedure.Now we will have to done Normalizing and tempering of plate welded material.

Kindly suggest at what temperature we should done the Normalizing 

Also let me.konw is there any post heating requirements are there for this material.or not.

Material is SA234WP9 20mm thk drawn  from.pipe into plate hardness is 190 BHN after straightening and cutting processes.

Yes with Welding we are joining to qualify procedure so that we can used it for welded fittings..

Normalizing is usually done at 900degC with subsequent cooling on still air

We have mentioned it in 1020 dega -1040 deg C 
And posheating has done for 3.5 hours for P9

For Normalizing & tempering you should follow Material Test certificate, 
If i am not wrong then you want Elbow from Plate material, so you have to check for fiber elogation also.
As per requirement of fiber elongation you need stress reliving same weld joint also followed in PQR.
