Hi KCR,
You need to repeat the hydro test following. Please see Sec-VIII, DIV-1, UG 99 (a) (1). Also see the following discussion in Eng Tips discussion forum also:- http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=212412.
Depending on the design codes there could be some relaxations.
However the default rule, is to repeat the hydro test after any further welding.
