Fabrication of Tanks in the Cold countries with Ambient temperature of -40 deg. C

What are the precautions required to fabricate the Tanks of ASTM A 537 cl1 of thickness varies from 8-20mm with 6 to 10 m height. What are the precautions required.  If any one is having this experience, please provide your contact details.  I will contact you.

Please see the requirements for ASME Sec VIII Div-I snap shot on lowest temperature during welding.

Please check the particular Design and Fabrication Code and specification for the minimum permissible temperature and take action accordingly.
