Dear experts,

I have a PQR qualified for branch welding as per API 1104. Low hydrogen elcerodes (ER 70S2 and E7018-1) were used for branch welding as specifications calls for it.

Now can I develop a WPS using ER70s2 and E7018?

I am unclear with the clause 5.4.2.6 b) in API 1104.
