Good Evening.....................!

We have an material ASTM A 312 TP304L & MDMT is minus 200 degree centigrade, 

It is required Impact test or not as per ASME Sec IX & Construction code 31.3

Kindly advice me

Yes , you need to carry out charpy impact testing. More over you can refer Chapter III of B 31.3 for further details.
