NDT after PWHT - urgent question

Dear Gents

For NDT for storage Tank the NDT before or after PWHT 

If after what is the reason to do NDT after PWHT 

Please send reference code

There are no any guidelines in Codes for NDT after or before PWHT.
For Gr 91 welding , it is now after PWHT only.
In General  , industry standard is  as below
1. For Alloy steel,  NDT is after PWHT .
2.For Carbon steel , NDT is done before PWHT.
