Dear Everybody,
How much is Lower & Upper  hardness limit with code reference for the weldment of  ASTM-A-335 Gr. P-91 To A312 TP 316 with filler combination ER-Ni Cr3.

Hardness only on HAZ of P91 is to be around 230Hv

According to the bibliography min hardness on P91 should be 191 HV

Don't weld P91 directly to Stainless steel,
Embrittlement off one or both of the materials will be your part, depending on the PWHT.
 
This is a serious warning

Embritlement is not a problem in this combination and filler, but there will sensitisation in 316 side at high temp of PWHT
