WPS and RT for tantalum and Zirconium

I am going to qualify welding procedure for tantalum and zirconium.

if anybody have please send me for reference.

and i need the RT procedure for zirconium and tantalum, i have searched the penetrameter (IQI) but i could not found in market.

Penetrameter standard - EN-462- availability - Eastwest Engg&Electronics Mumbai. Procedure have to be developed for the specific case of thickness range, EB weld etc.
